What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and size of the ordered goods. Our merchandise management system calculates the minimum amount of parcels to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. How high the forwarding expenses for your order are, you take from the shopping cart and/or the listing of the individual positions with the Check-Out.
How fast will my order be delivered?
The delivery time strongly depends on your location. Orders received by 01:00 pm are usually shipped on the same day.
What payment options are available?
We offer new customers only the payment method "prepayment". We also offer the payment method "purchase on account" to selected regular customers with whom a relationship of trust exists after a longer period of cooperation.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
You can request a copy of an invoice from our customer service department.
Return & Complaint
How do I return a defective item?
Before you return a defective item to us, please contact our customer service first. The staff will then send you the necessary documents if necessary. Please note that we can only accept articles with original packaging and all accessories. Defective articles will be repaired and returned to you. If the article is irreparable, you will receive a credit note, which will be deducted from your next order.
In the b2b business, goods must be checked immediately after delivery for a defect by the buyer and if one should be present, this must also be reported immediately to the seller.
If the defect was not identifiable during this inspection ("hidden material defect"), it must be reported to the seller immediately after detection, but no later than one year after purchase.
